Cancellation
Policy :
Cancellations incur a fee of the agreed deposit paid. All cancellations must be made in writing including email before the expected arrival date otherwise the full accommodation cost will be charged. No refunds will be made should guests cancel, alter or leave before their reserved departure date. However every attempt will be made to rebook the apartment on your behalf. |

Unlike other accommodation providers we have tried our best to keep our rates reasonable and are not raising our rates 4 to 5 times the normal rates during this period. After all we could charge a lot more for our apartments as we arguably have the best location in Auckland for rugby visitors. We are on Prince's Wharf, adjacent to the Hilton Hotel. The World Cup Party Central is next door at Queen's Wharf and on the other side of the wharf we have all the Viaduct Cafes, Restaurants and Night Clubs a few minutes walk away. Opposite Queen's Wharf is Britomart Train Station where you can catch a train direct to the rugby stadium at Eden Park. The location is ideal for all visitors to Auckland. | |

If you are still reading I should tell you about the man who had two of the best tickets for the Rugby Cup Final. As he sits down, another man comes along and asks if anyone is sitting in the seat next to him.... "No", he says, "the seat is empty." "This is incredible!" said the man, "who in their right mind would have a seat like this for the Rugby Cup Final, the biggest sporting event of the rugby world and not use it?" He says, "Well, actually, the seat belongs to me. My wife was supposed to come with me, but she passed away. This is the first Cup Final we haven't been to together since we got married." "Oh.... I'm sorry to hear that. That's terrible. I guess you couldn't find someone else, a friend or relative or even a neighbour to take the seat?" The man shakes his head........"No........ They're all at the funeral."....... ( If you book with us we have plenty more sick jokes like this. haha) | ||
