Deposit: A 25% deposit with a minimum of one night's tariff and a maximum of NZ$500 is required by Visa, Diners Card, American Express or Mastercard to secure a booking. We prefer Visa card. All prices are GST Exempt.	Cancellation Policy : Cancellations incur a fee of 25% of the total cost. All cancellations must be made in writing including email before the expected arrival date otherwise the full accommodation cost will be charged. No refunds will be made should guests alter or leave before their reserved departure date.
